2. Products & Services

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur due to the handmade and custom nature of our items.

3. Custom Orders

By placing a custom or personalised order, you agree that:

  • All details (spelling, dates, design requests) are correct at the time of submission

  • Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrect

  • Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

5. Collection & Delivery

Certain products are available for:

  • Collection in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal

  • Customer-arranged courier pickup

Once an item has been collected or handed over to a courier arranged by the customer, Uncharted Laser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays during transit.

6. Order Processing

All items are made to order and require a production period before collection or dispatch. Timeframes may vary depending on order volume and product type.

7. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

Uncharted Laser shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website remain the property of Uncharted Laser and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
