Return & Refund Policy
At Uncharted Laser, each product is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please read our policy below before placing your order.
Custom & Personalised Products
All custom and personalised items are made specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
Non-Custom Products
If a product is not personalised, returns may be accepted within 72 hours of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders for custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed once production has started.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Collection & Courier Arrangements
Certain items (such as larger products) are available for collection in Howick or via customer-arranged courier.
Once an item has been collected or handed over to a courier arranged by the customer, Uncharted Laser is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
