Order Processing

All items are made to order. Production times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Estimated turnaround times will be communicated where applicable. Please allow additional time during busy periods.

Collection (Howick)

Collection is available in Howick, KwaZulu-Natal.

You will be notified once your order is ready for collection. Please arrange a suitable collection time via WhatsApp or email.

Courier / Delivery

For certain items, customers may arrange their own courier to collect their order.

• The customer is responsible for organising the courier if they choose this option otherwise we will arrange courier with our trusted courier

• The order will be packaged and ready for safe collection of the item

• Once the item has been handed over to the courier, Uncharted Laser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays during transit

Delivery Assistance

If needed, we may assist by recommending trusted courier services. However, the arrangement and payment remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping or courier costs are not included unless explicitly stated. All delivery costs will be confirmed before finalising your order.
